How to Open a ProBit Account【PC】
Enter probit.com, you should see a page similar to below. Click on the “Register” button in the upper right corner. We support users to register an account with an email address.
- Input your E-mail address
- Then set the login password
- Read through and agree to the “Terms of Use”
- Click “Register” button
Please use a secure password which includes at least 1 upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and special character.
Wait for the email verification code to be sent to your mailbox and enter the verification code you received. Click “Verify” button.
Congratulations that you have completed the registration and are able to login to use ProBit now.
How to Open a ProBit Account【APP】
Open ProBit app and tap [Please log in]. We support users to register an account with an email address.
Tap [Register].
Read through and agree to the “Terms of Use”.
- Input your E-mail address
- Set your login password
- Click “Next” button
Wait for the email verification code to be sent to your mailbox and enter the verification code you received. Then tap “Verify”.
Congratulations that you have completed the registration and are able to use ProBit now.
How to Download ProBit APP for Android?
1. Visit probit.com and you will find “Download” at the bottom of the page, or you can visit our download page: https://www.probit.com/en-us/download-app.
The mobile app for Android is downloable in the Google Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.probit.app.android2.release.global.
2. Press “Install” to download and install it.
3. Press “Open” to launch your ProBit App to get started.
How to Withdraw at ProBit
How to Withdraw on ProBit Global
1. Please log in to your ProBit Global account.
2. Click on Wallet – WIthdrawal.
3. Input the coin name. (e.g. click XRP when withdrawing Ripple).
*Important Note about Memos
- There are some tokens such as XRP that require a specific memo to be inputted. If you forget to specify the memo you will need to contact the customer support of the receiving exchange/wallet for assistance in recovering your transaction.
Where to find your withdrawal address?
- Your withdrawal address is usually either the address of your wallet or the DEPOSIT ADDRESS of the same coin in another exchange.
Important Precaution
- Please double-check the relevant coins withdrawal address, amount, and the precautions before proceeding as ProBit Global can not guarantee any recovery of assets due to an incorrect address.
As noted in the Withdrawal screen, there are minimum amounts required for withdrawals and withdrawal fees in the event of a withdrawal.
If your withdrawal has not occurred after 24 hours, please open a ticket with our support team to assist you.
Withdrawal Fee Structure
You may find the withdrawal fee when submitting a withdrawal request. Fees depend on the blockchain of the token being withdrawn. Each token has a different withdrawal fee, so please be sure to check it on the withdrawal page.

Note:
- For withdrawal address, copy and paste the address you would like to deposit the coins too. Make sure to check that its for the same coin
- You may click AVAILABLE BALANCE for the entire balance to be withdrawn, to avoid excess typing
- You may sometimes not be able to withdraw after resetting your password, OTP or other security features
- Withdrawals take time depending on Blockchains. Please be patient
How to Solve Problems with Withdrawals
In case you have issues with withdrawals, please take note of the following:
- Make sure that the withdrawal status has been marked completed. If status remains are “Withdrawal Pending”, please be patient.
- Most blockchains take some time to withdraw. Please only create a customer support ticket if you have not received your withdrawal in 24 hours.
- Once a user initiates a deposit or withdrawal, the process cannot be stopped. If an incorrect address was entered, ProBit will NOT be able to retrieve any lost assets as a result. Please ensure that the correct address has been entered prior to initiating the transaction.
Should you need further assistance, please create a ticket for ProBit Support Team through the Submit a request link. Be as specific as possible so that the team can best assist you. Include the following information:
- ProBit account email address
- Transaction ID
- Name of coin
- Number of coins expected for withdrawal
- Any relevant screenshot
Note:

How to increase standard daily withdrawal limit to $500,000
Users meeting all of the criteria mentioned below will be eligible to have the current daily withdrawal limit of $2,000 increased to $500,000.
The withdrawal limit will be automatically increased 7 days after completing both of the following:
- Activate and maintain 2 Step Authentication(2FA/OTP)
- Complete KYC level 2 verification
Please note that the standard daily withdrawal limit of $2,000 will be reapplied upon loss of 2FA/OTP.
